Meet Charli Taylor
Principal Coach & Founder
Charli Taylor has been recognized by Poets & Quants as one of the world’s top 20 MBA admissions consultants. Her work brings together more than 25 years in international higher education, admissions and coaching, spanning more than 50 countries.
As an undergraduate, Charli helped launch Enactus in the former Soviet Union, supporting students as they explored entrepreneurship and social impact. As Managing Director of Westminster Business Consultants at the University of Westminster, she coached undergraduate, MBA and master’s students on professional consulting projects for companies including Danone, L’Oréal and Peugeot.
She went on to develop multi-million-dollar university partnerships and training programs in the Middle East, the former Soviet Union and Vietnam, working with government ministries on education and leadership development. That experience informs how she helps clients connect their education with the contribution they want to make.
Charli was Cornell Johnson’s first global representative and served on its MBA admissions committee, reviewing thousands of applications. She also worked in admissions and recruitment at the University of Exeter and in marketing for Brunel Law School. While based in the UK, she recruited across European, Turkish, Russian and Indian markets. Western Europe is a particular strength within a much broader international perspective.
What makes her different is how she brings that experience into the room: thoughtful strategy, close listening and a belief in the potential behind each person’s story.

Charli’s training includes executive presence at RADA, mediation, negotiation, Jungian coaching and hypnotherapy. She brings these perspectives to deeply personal work on story, direction and performance.
Her hypnotherapy training informs how she helps people quiet the noise, connect with their own stories and hear their inner guidance. Alongside reflective coaching, it supports the work of recognizing what matters, trusting your own voice and finding confidence in what you have to offer.
