About EduVentura

Deeply human, transformational coaching for ambitious people who are ready to tell their stories and change their lives and their world in the process.

At EduVentura, we believe the most compelling, successful applications come from people who have done the deeper work, who can speak from their authentic truth, articulate what they've built and why it matters, and step into the room already knowing who they are.

That's what we do together.

MBA admissions is at the heart of our work. We also offer career coaching and serve ambitious candidates applying to other highly competitive programs — undergraduate, master's, dual degree, and professional — who want to go beyond surface-level strategy and do the kind of deep, meaningful work that changes not just their application, but how they see themselves.

Whoever you are and wherever you're applying, if you're ready to go deep — we're ready for you.

We coach the whole person. Always.

EduVentura combines elite admissions expertise with heart-driven, transformational coaching. We help you craft standout applications and deepen your relationship with yourself — because the two are inseparable.

We believe your admissions journey should be a transformative experience—a process that builds not only your application, but your confidence, clarity, and future. That’s why we coach the whole student. From application strategy to deep self-understanding, from global readiness to purpose-driven leadership, our approach helps you grow into the version of yourself you’re most proud to become.

Our founder, Charli Taylor, has guided thousands of students from more than 50 countries into world-class institutions — including Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Oxford, INSEAD, and elite programs across the globe. What makes her coaching different isn't just the insider expertise, the frameworks, or the 98% success rate. It's the quality of presence she brings to every single student.

The soul-to-soul connection is not a byproduct of Charli's work. It's the foundation of it.

She is deeply, genuinely dedicated to her students — not just to their outcomes, but to who they are as human beings. The relationships she builds last long after the offers arrive. Her students come for admissions coaching. They stay in her life as colleagues, friends, and the kind of leaders she always knew they could become.

Through storytelling, strategic clarity, and honest reflection, EduVentura students don't just get in — they grow. Into stronger writers. Braver thinkers. Kinder leaders. People who are ready to shape the future.

Because this isn't just about getting in. It's about becoming who you're meant to be — and enjoying the adventure of getting there.

Meet Charli

Principal Coach, Founder

Charli Taylor is a globally recognized coach, international education strategist, and irrepressible champion of human potential. As the founder of EduVentura, she brings over 25 years of experience in international higher education, guiding thousands of students from more than 50 countries into world-class institutions—including Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and elite global business schools and universities.

Her career began with a passion for international development—earning a master’s in Diplomatic Studies and led to on-the-ground work across the Middle East, Vietnam, the former Soviet Union, and beyond. From leading recruitment, admissions, and partnership development for powerhouse universities like Cornell, Exeter, and Brunel Law School, to creating scholarship programs with government ministries, She served on the Committee on International Education under then- Mayor of London Boris Johnson. Charli has seen firsthand how global education transforms lives, communities, and countries.

Early in her career, Charli served as Managing Director of Westminster Business Consultants, where she coached students in career development while leading real-world consulting projects for major clients like Peugeot and Danone Galbani. She also helped embed the firm into the European Network of Junior Enterprises, giving students the chance to collaborate across borders and build international experience from the start.

She also played a key role in the launch of SIFE (now Enactus) in the former Soviet Union—organizing its first regional competition in Moscow and helping create a platform where students could develop entrepreneurial leadership skills while driving social impact in their communities. It was one of her earliest moments of witnessing what happens when education and purpose collide—and she’s been hooked ever since.

She’s designed bespoke training programs for national governments, collaborated with educational ministries in places like Türkiye, Palestine, India, and Azerbaijan, and worked on the ground in more than 50 countries across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas. She’s also sat in the rooms where admissions decisions are made, reading thousands of applications and advocating fiercely for the ones that told the truth with heart, clarity, and vision.

Charli helps students and seekers uncover their deepest values, aspirations, and the golden thread of their story. Her process is equal parts strategy and self-discovery, transforming applications into declarations of purpose.

Charli's students become the kind of leaders, thinkers, and global citizens the world needs now. And they do it with courage, clarity, and heart.
