Undergraduate Admissions Coaching
How a Performance and MBA Coach Helps Students Build the Skills, Confidence, and Self-Awareness to Thrive in College and Beyond
Beyond College Admissions
Undergraduate and MBA admissions have some surprising things in common.
At their core, both are trying to answer the same question:
Who is this person, and what are they likely to become?
The strongest MBA candidates are not always the people with the most impressive resumes. They are the people who understand themselves. They know what drives them. They communicate clearly. They can connect the dots between where they have been and where they are going.
The same is true for exceptional undergraduate applicants.
Unfortunately, much of the admissions industry encourages students to collect activities, pursue titles, and build impressive-looking resumes in ways that are almost robotic. We’re here to help you build an application that is fueled by your authenticity: activities driven by your values and joys, your curiosity driven by your intellect and wonder. This is the depth admissions officers are looking for and that set our clients apart. They want to understand how a student thinks, what matters to them, and how their experiences have shaped them.
For more than two decades, I've worked in university admissions, recruitment, and higher education leadership across multiple countries. I've reviewed applications, recruited students, and helped universities build incoming classes. I've also coached MBA candidates, executives, founders, and professionals navigating some of the most important decisions of their lives.
Through that work, I've developed a process that guides students through every aspect of the admissions journey. But the application itself is only part of the story.
The deeper work is helping students develop self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, and a clearer understanding of who they are becoming. The reflection, leadership development, career exploration, and performance coaching embedded in this process prepare students not only for admission to university, but for the opportunities and challenges that follow.
When we work with a student, we’re not manufacture a version of them that will impress an admissions committee. We’re helping them uncover the qualities that are already there: intellectual curiosity, resilience, creativity, leadership, humor, insight, and perspective.
You've worked hard to get to this point.
We’re here to help you make college application process more than a series of deadlines and essays. We want you to discover your voice, build confidence, and develop the skills that will help you thrive in university and in the years beyond.
