Career coaching
Your next move should feel like yours.
You have experience, ambition and plenty to offer. What you may not have is a clear sense of where to take it next, or the confidence to make the move. Together, we turn that uncertainty into direction, a practical roadmap and a professional story you can stand behind.
Let’s talk about your next stepYou do not need to arrive with the answer.
Perhaps your work looks successful from the outside but no longer fits. You are considering a new role, a different industry, further study, or a bigger change, and every option seems to raise another question. You want a thoughtful partner who can help you think, challenge your assumptions and translate reflection into action.
“I know I want a change. I don’t know what.”
Explore your strengths, values and the work that gives you energy. Develop criteria for your next move, identify plausible options and decide what to investigate first.
“How do I make my experience make sense?”
Find the themes running through your work and life. Translate what you have done into a coherent professional story for conversations, applications and interviews.
“Should I change jobs, go back to school, or stay?”
Compare your options against what matters to you, including money, time and family commitments. Define the questions to research before making a high-stakes decision.
“I’m ready. How do I move forward?”
Build a manageable plan for exploring roles, developing connections and communicating your contribution. Turn a broad ambition into steps you can actually take.
Know yourself. Explore the possibilities. Make your move.
Our work combines reflective coaching with practical strategy. We look beneath job titles and polished answers to understand what you bring, what you want and where you may be holding yourself back. Then we test those insights against real options.
Where a deeper starting point would help, we can discuss the Excavation™: guided exploration of your values, strengths and experiences, brought together in a written roadmap. We agree the scope before beginning.
What you can build through coaching
- A more grounded understanding of your strengths, priorities and motivations.
- Criteria for evaluating career and education options.
- A professional narrative that connects your experience with your intended direction.
- Stronger preparation for networking conversations and interviews.
- A practical action plan, with space to reflect and adjust as you learn.
The work is personal. We agree your goals and the support you need rather than fitting you into a predetermined career path.
How we work together
1. Start with your question
A complimentary conversation helps us understand what you are navigating and whether the coaching is a good fit.
2. Agree a useful focus
We define priorities, scope and fees together. You might need help with a specific decision or a deeper exploration of your direction.
3. Connect insight with action
Sessions combine thoughtful questions, honest feedback and practical next steps. Between sessions, you can explore options and bring what you learn back into the work.
4. Review and move forward
We return to your goals, consider what has changed and refine your roadmap so you can keep making decisions with greater confidence.
A few questions you may have
Do I need to be applying to a degree?
No. Career coaching can stand on its own. If further education is one possibility, we can explore the role it might play before you commit to an application.
Can you help with my resume, LinkedIn or interviews?
We can include positioning, professional storytelling and interview preparation in an agreed scope. The starting point is understanding your direction and the contribution you want to communicate.
Is this a job placement service?
This is a coaching partnership. You lead your search and decisions; we work on your direction, strategy and how you present your experience. Hiring decisions remain with employers.
What if I know my direction but struggle to show up confidently?
Performance coaching may be the more useful starting point. It focuses on communication, presence and preparation for the situations where you want to perform at your best.
