Some schools have distinctive interview formats that require specialized preparation. EduVentura offers dedicated coaching for:
"I ended up applying to 8 schools and was accepted to both Wharton and HBS, as well as Kellogg and Tuck, and received a full-ride scholarship to UCLA. Charli worked closely with me every step of the way: to narrow my post-MBA career goals, reflect on my past experiences to craft my stories, prepare me for interviews, and build relationships with the schools I was interested in attending. It wouldn't have been possible without all of Charli's help and guidance."— Admitted to HBS, Wharton, Kellogg, Tuck; full scholarship to UCLA
"After practicing the 'Tell me about yourself' question (arguably the MOST important question of your interview) with Charli, I realized I was maybe a little too confident. She stopped me halfway through my spiel and helped me realize that I've essentially told her nothing about who I am and what impact I'm going to make on my community. Her pointers allowed me to choose my words wisely so everything I talked about would showcase how I was going to move the needle. I feel so lucky and honored to have been accepted to Columbia, Cornell, and UCLA. At Columbia, I received the Forte Fellowship with a $50,000/year scholarship. At Cornell, I received the Forte Fellowship with a $30,000/year scholarship. At UCLA, I received a full-ride scholarship."— Columbia (Forte Fellow, $50k/yr), Cornell (Forte Fellow, $30k/yr), UCLA (full ride)

"As an aerospace engineer transitioning into strategy/consulting, I worked with Charli for almost a full year before sending off my MBA applications, and it was one of the best decisions I made in the entire process. From the start, Charli brought a genuinely structured approach to everything: school selection, essay development, goal and career coaching, and interview prep for some of the most competitive programs out there. It never felt like guesswork; there was a clear framework guiding each stage, which gave me real confidence that we were building something solid, not just filling in templates. As an international student applying to international schools, I had an added layer of complexity in my background and story. Charli's deep experience with international applicants was immediately apparent."— Aerospace engineer, international school admits

The HBS interview is entirely its own spectacular beast.
Harvard Business School Interview Prep
The HBS interview is entirely its own spectacular beast.
They are assessing so much in this short but critical activity. They'll dive into any aspect of your application and sometimes beyond. They want to see that your answers are crisp and compelling. You'll walk in ready.
How we work: I recommend two sessions. This gives you the necessary time to integrate feedback, make adjustments, and show up to the actual interview completely aligned. Single sessions available upon request.

HBS Post-Interview Reflection support
HBS Post-Interview Reflection Support
After your HBS interview you have 24 hours to submit a post-interview reflection essay. HBS describes it as an email to a friend, but make no mistake, it matters, and how you approach it in the hours right after your interview is critical.
Before your interview we talk through what to expect from the reflection and how to approach it strategically, so you are not starting from zero when you walk out of the building.
After your interview you send me your reflection within three hours. I return detailed commentary and strategic direction — not edits, in keeping with HBS's explicit guidelines — during daylight hours, so you have real time to work with my feedback before your deadline.
Because this is a 24-hour turnaround we agree on a schedule in advance that works around your interview day, including any HBS campus activities. Please factor this into your planning when you book.
"The night before the HBS application deadline, I was anxious and working on the final details, and Charli was there with me live on Zoom to review my essays together well past midnight her time. I had a 750 GMAT and a high 3.9 GPA, and I received admission to HBS in Round 1. I owe my success to Charli. If you choose her, she will dedicate the same energy and effort to help you get to where you want to be."— Admitted to HBS, Round 1
"It was July, and I was stressed, anxious, and desperate to get into HBS. I come from a traditional finance background and knew I needed help crafting my story to stand out. Charli believes that the application process is a way to excavate who you are through stories, and she spent with me what felt like countless hours trying to uncover what I was passionate about and the impact I wanted to make during and after business school. It was through those deep dives that she first gently nudged me to apply to Stanford GSB. In what was honestly one of the most stressful periods of my life, Charli was there every step of the way."— Admitted to HBS, GSB, CBS, and Wharton
"Coming from a hyper competitive background (ivy league grad, investment banking analyst, private equity associate at a megafund), I felt like I needed someone to guide me with my process and story. I called and interviewed ~20 consultants and chose Charli. She was responsive, incredibly friendly and warm, and helped guide me and mold every part of my application. It was amazing how many of the questions she asked me during our mock interviews showed up in the actual interview, which goes to show how much of an expert she really is. Don't waste your time, money, or your chance to be admitted with someone else."— Admitted to HBS

"When I was so mentally and physically exhausted from my MIT Sloan app and was just so ready to click the submit button, Charli called a chat and discussed a new idea that came to her brightest mind which took my essay from 99.9% to 100%. (man! 99.9% was awesome enough for me in that state of exhaustion but never good enough for Charli) Charli kept me going strong and I just know she will keep you going strong too. I am packing up to go to my dream school (top 6) this fall."— Top 6 MBA program

"I started the process with a 500s GMAT score aiming for INSEAD and HEC Paris. Since my first engagement with Charli, I felt that I could achieve my goal, because she believed in me and understood who I am as a person. The process became so enjoyable that the best part of my day became reviewing the essays. She knows me as much as my therapist does. The insights and meaningful discussions in the preparation for the essays and interviews revealed a person that I forgot I used to be, and is my true self."— Admitted to INSEAD and HEC Paris

INSEAD is the Business School for the World.
INSEAD Interview Prep
INSEAD is the Business School for the World, and its interview tests exactly that.
This process evaluates your cultural fluency, adaptability, and global mindset through a multi-stage format.
Before meeting anyone in person, you must complete the Kira video assessment: four questions, 45 seconds to prepare, and 60 seconds to record with no retakes. The admissions committee reviews this before your live interviews are even scheduled.
If you move forward, you will face two conversational interviews with alumni. One interviewer will likely share your industry background, while the other may come from a completely different sector. Because these sessions are unstructured, you cannot rely on a script. Success requires deep self-awareness and absolute authenticity.
How we work: We master the live video format and conduct mock conversational interviews so you can articulate your international perspective naturally.

"Thanks to Charli's support, I start INSEAD in August and it's a dream come true. What I really appreciate is that even after the admission process, Charli has been available for any questions and building a community of support to get ready for the MBA. Even as I was changing which school to apply to at the last minute, Charli was with me making sure we'd represented me the best possible way."— INSEAD
"Thanks to Charli, I got into my dream school INSEAD with a Forte scholarship. She made the application journey much more fun and enjoyable because she made sure that I know I'm a rock star even when I doubted myself. Getting into business school is merely a short-term benefit of working with Charli. She continues to connect me with people with shared interests and gives me advice on career planning. She has become my life coach, career coach, and a friend I will certainly be in touch with during business school and many years after."— INSEAD, Forte Scholar
"I was successfully admitted to INSEAD and waitlisted by UCLA. The whole experience with Charli empowered me to be ready for all the challenges ahead. I learned how to network, how to fight for my rights, and how to be a persuasive storyteller. Living away from the capital of my country, I even got myself a pre-MBA internship role while reaching out. The whole process always focused on my individuality, and I was always the priority."— INSEAD admit, pre-MBA internship secured
