“As an aerospace engineer transitioning into strategy/consulting, I worked with Charli for almost a full year before sending off my MBA applications, and it was one of the best decisions I made in the entire process. From the start, Charli brought a genuinely structured approach to everything: school selection, essay development, goal and career coaching, and interview prep for some of the most competitive programs out there. It never felt like guesswork; there was a clear framework guiding each stage, which gave me real confidence that we were building something solid, not just filling in templates. As an international student applying to international schools, I had an added layer of complexity in my background and story. Charli's deep experience with international applicants was immediately apparent.”

Harvard Business School (HBS)

  • Tailored question set built specifically around your profile and HBS's known approach

  • Full mock interview conducted in the spirit and format of an actual HBS interview

  • Detailed debrief with targeted feedback on content, presence, and delivery

  • Coaching on story ownership, adaptability, and how to hold the room under pressure

  • Session recording with written feedback

  • HBS Post-Interview Reflection support (see below)

How we work: I recommend two sessions. This gives you the necessary time to integrate feedback, make adjustments, and show up to the actual interview completely aligned. (Single sessions available upon request.)

The HBS interview is entirely its own spectacular beast.

They are assessing so much in this short but critical activity. They'll dive into any aspect of your application and sometimes beyond. They want to see that your answers are crisp and compelling. In some ways, it's an audition to see if you can hack their rigorous case study method. Prepping for the HBS interview is actually a good deal of fun. It's lively, interesting and challenging. You'll walk in ready.

HBS Post-Interview Reflection Support

After your HBS interview you have 24 hours to submit a post-interview reflection essay. HBS describes it as an email to a friend, but make no mistake, it matters, and how you approach it in the hours right after your interview is critical.

How we support you:

Before your interview we talk through what to expect from the reflection and how to approach it strategically, so you are not starting from zero when you walk out of the building.

After your interview you send me your reflection within three hours. I return detailed commentary and strategic direction, not edits, in keeping with HBS's explicit guidelines, during daylight hours, so you have real time to work with my feedback before your deadline.

Because this is a 24-hour turnaround we agree on a schedule in advance that works around your interview day, including any HBS campus activities. Please factor this into your planning when you book.

  • Your personalized question set to keep

MIT Sloan Interview Prep

An invitation from MIT Sloan means you've cleared one of the steepest hurdles in admissions. Now you have to navigate one of the most distinctive interview formats in the world.

Sloan doesn't do hypotheticals. Their behavioral interview goes deep into what you've done, why you did it, and how you think.

The stage is set before the conversation even begins. You must submit two critical pre-interview essays: one analyzing a data visualization, and one on creating inclusion. These are a direct evaluation of your analytical thinking and self-awareness under pressure.

Having guided numerous candidates through this process, we know how to help you approach both the essays and the interview with the precision Sloan demands.

How we work: We will strategy-map your pre-interview essays and conduct deep-dive behavioral prep so you can speak to your past impact without hesitation.

“When I was so mentally and physically exhausted from my MIT Sloan app and was just so ready to click the submit button, Charli called a chat and discussed a new idea that came to her brightest mind which took my essay from 99.9% to 100%. (man! 99.9% was awesome enough for me in that state of exhaustion but never good enough for Charli) Charli kept me going strong and I just know she will keep you going strong too. I am packing up to go to my dream school (top 6) this fall.”

Wharton Team-Based Discussion (TBD)

The Wharton Team Discussion is entirely unique.

Here is what you are walking into: a 35-minute virtual group discussion with five to six fellow applicants. You receive the prompt in advance. During the session, you will present your ideas, collaborate toward a tangible outcome, and present your conclusions, with a brief, 10-minute one-on-one interview following immediately after.

Wharton wants to see how you move a conversation forward, how you bring others in, and whether you make the team better.

Investment: $650 per person

Sessions run with a minimum of 4 participants. Join the waitlist and we'll confirm your spot when the group is ready.

How it works

Sessions are live group simulations running approximately 90 minutes, with 4 to 6 Wharton interview candidates. Sessions are scheduled when enough candidates are enrolled. Join the waitlist below and we'll confirm your spot as soon as your group is ready.

What's included

  • Full briefing on the Wharton TBD format, structure, and what observers are actually evaluating

  • Strategic coaching on how to approach the prompt, develop your pitch, and prepare your ideas before the session

  • A live, facilitated mock TBD simulation in the real group format including the prompt, group discussion, and group presentation

  • Individual feedback for every participant on contribution, presence, collaboration style, communication, and delivery

  • Coaching on how to enter the discussion, build on others' ideas, lead without dominating, and land your individual voice within a group dynamic

  • Preparation for the 10-minute one-on-one interview that follows the TBD

  • A full debrief helping you understand not just what to do differently but why it matters to Wharton specifically

A note on confidentiality: Sessions use first names only and we ensure no overlap among participants who may be interviewing together in the actual Wharton TBD.

HEC Paris

What's included

  • Full review of your application and CV before we begin

  • Tailored question set based on your profile and HEC's known interview approach

  • Full mock interview in HEC format, including the 10-minute presentation

  • Debrief and coaching session after your first interview to adjust and strengthen before your second

  • Detailed feedback on presentation structure, delivery, and content

  • Coaching on presence, story, and how to land well with alumni interviewers

  • Session recording with written feedback

  • Bonus: presentation slide review. Send us a draft and we'll give you detailed comments at no additional charge

HEC Paris Interview Prep

The HEC Paris interview is heavily underestimated because it requires a completely distinct format: a presentation.

You will face two separate alumni interviews of equal weight, each running 45 to 60 minutes. Both begin with a 10-minute presentation on a topic of your choice. Your interviewers have reviewed your entire application and will probe your background deeply.

The presentation changes everything. Topic selection, slide design, delivery, and how you transition from presenter to interviewee all matter.

How we work: We bulletproof your presentation topic, polish your slides, and run mock sessions to ensure you transition smoothly from speaker to interviewee.

INSEAD

What's included

  • Full review of your application before we begin

  • Kira video interview preparation: live simulation of the timed format with coaching on on-camera presence, pacing, and authentic delivery under pressure

  • Tailored question set based on your profile and INSEAD's known interview approach

  • Full mock interview in INSEAD's conversational alumni format

  • Coaching on cultural fluency, global narrative, and how to hold your own in an unstructured conversation

  • Debrief and coaching session between your two alumni interviews

  • Session recording with written feedback

  • Coaching on presence, adaptability, and how to be genuinely yourself across two very different conversations

INSEAD Interview Prep

INSEAD is the Business School for the World, and its interview tests exactly that.

This process evaluates your cultural fluency, adaptability, and global mindset through a multi-stage format.

Before meeting anyone in person, you must complete the Kira video assessment: four questions, 45 seconds to prepare, and 60 seconds to record with no retakes. The admissions committee reviews this before your live interviews are even scheduled.

If you move forward, you will face two conversational interviews with alumni. One interviewer will likely share your industry background, while the other may come from a completely different sector. Because these sessions are unstructured, you cannot rely on a script. Success requires deep self-awareness and absolute authenticity.

How we work: We master the live video format and conduct mock conversational interviews so you can articulate your international perspective naturally.
