We love helping our clients crush Wharton – from the essays to the TBD, we have some of the highest admit rates in the industry for Wharton (and a 98% admit rate overall!) As a small batch boutique, we take pride in offering exceptional, deep coaching so our people go in prepared and excited for the conversation.
If you’ve been invited to Wharton’s Team-Based Discussion, congratulations. They don’t hand out these invitations, they really want to get to know you.
We are thrilled to offer three ways to help them see where you shine.
1 Free community-led TBDs. We’ve set up the rooms, created the guide, you just need to sign up, show up and practice with your peers. These are solely led by you and your peers and while not monitored by EduVentura staff, we’re excited to set them up and offer the service. We do this because we think everyone should have access to support.
2 Accessible coached TBD mocks. These sessions are run by EduVentura coaches. Your group will receive TBD training, will have an observer and will get group feedback and reflection. There’s also a 25 minute personalized private session to help you prep for your 10 minute post-TBD interview and to answer questions one-to-one. All for the accessible fee of $225 per person.

A few helpful details
How does free community practice work?
Choose a date and reserve one of six places. Your confirmation includes the participant rehearsal guide and Zoom details; reminders arrive 24 hours and one hour before. These are self-led sessions: Charli does not facilitate or monitor the calls.
Use flexible milestones: meet your teammates, confirm the current prompt, share opening ideas, develop and present a recommendation, practice the individual conversation and exchange thoughtful feedback. Every group finds its own rhythm.
Bring the current prompt from your Wharton invitation and follow its instructions for your brief introduction and opening idea.
What is included in the $225 coached package?
A 90-minute coached group mock with 4–6 booked participants, plus a separate 25-minute private consultation with Charli. Your private session covers personalized feedback, your introduction and opening idea, individual interview preparation and your questions. It is arranged directly with Charli after booking, with no additional charge.
Pay US $225 securely when you register. The booking form asks for your actual Wharton TBD date, time and time zone so Charli can avoid grouping applicants from the same real TBD where possible. Separation cannot be guaranteed.
What are the coached cancellation and transfer terms?
Cancel at least 72 hours before your coached group mock for a full refund, or request one transfer to another available session. Within 72 hours, bookings are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred. Missed sessions are nonrefundable. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your private consultation.

What if a coached group is too small?
Sessions require at least four bookings to be confirmed. If EduVentura cancels, including because fewer than four participants are booked, you may choose another available session or receive a full refund.
If a confirmed participant misses the session, we may proceed with three attendees and adapt the exercise. Each attending participant still receives coaching, feedback and their separate 25-minute consultation. If only one or two participants attend, those attendees may choose a transfer or full refund. Absent participants remain subject to the no-show policy.
Times, availability and free-session changes
Session times are shown in Pacific Time. Please check your local time before booking.
If sessions are full or the times do not suit you, email hello@eduventura.global with your time zone and availability. Your request helps us plan future groups; it does not reserve a place or guarantee a new session.
For free community sessions, use your confirmation link to change or cancel until 12 hours before the session. After that, email Charli. The coached package has the separate 72-hour policy above.
Privacy, preparation and choosing more than one option
Make room for every voice and keep participants’ details and feedback private. Please do not record, take screenshots or bring AI bots or notetakers.
You can book community practice, choose coaching and download the comprehensive guide. The comprehensive guide is distinct from the participant rehearsal guide. Guide signup reveals the PDF on screen; it does not send a guide email. Marketing signup is optional.
No one can promise an admissions outcome. Practice can help you feel prepared, clear and more like yourself. Always follow your current Wharton invitation.
