Master’s admissions pricing
All prices are in USD. Choose the support that fits your application plans. US application prices are the same for US and international applicants.

Full packages include strategy and program selection, the Excavation™, application coaching, offer decision support, and Leadership Launch. The programs and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins.
Intensives and additional support
- Statement & Strategy Intensive: $1,750. Fit, positioning, and one core statement.
- One major scholarship application: $3,500. A separate scholarship package.
- More intensive UK/Europe applications: +$1,000 per program. For additional requirements such as a research proposal or writing sample; confirmed in your scope.
- Add a UK/Europe application system to a US package: +$3,000. We agree the programs and deliverables before starting.

What is the Excavation™, and why start here?
The Excavation is a guided, reflective coaching process that helps you understand the person behind the application. Together, we explore your values, strengths, motivations, meaningful experiences, and the direction you want your life and work to take. You do not need to arrive with a polished story or a settled career plan.
For master’s applicants, it connects your next degree to a purpose. We look at what you have learned from your academic, professional, and personal experiences, what you want to deepen or change, and why further study makes sense now. That gives us a stronger basis for choosing programs and developing a focused, authentic application.
You leave with a written roadmap bringing together the themes, stories, strengths, and practical next steps we uncover. We use it to guide program choices, statements, and interviews. It is also something you can return to as you make career and leadership decisions beyond admissions.
The Excavation creates the foundation; your coaching hours help you put it into practice. You remain the author of your applications. Comprehensive partnerships include the Excavation once, and the flexible Excavation + ten-hour package keeps the full process separate from your ten coaching hours.

The Excavation is separate from your coaching hours. Your full reflective coaching process and written roadmap are followed by ten hours of agreed application support. Coaching sessions, agreed preparation, program research, and written feedback count toward those hours. Hours are valid for six months. Flexible coaching does not promise completion of a fixed number of applications.
Comprehensive application packages include the Excavation once; it is not charged again as an add-on.
